  Puneet’s entrepreneurial journey includes co-founding Agnilux (acquired by Google), where he served as VP of Engineering, and P.A. Semi Inc. (acquired by Apple), where he was an Engineering Director in the Platform Architecture team. He also held senior leadership positions at SiByte Inc. (acquired by Broadcom) and was a Systems Researcher at Digital Equipment Corporation’s Systems Research Center. Puneet holds a PhD in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.

  Belli Kuttanna, CTO and co-founder of Rivos Inc., brings extensive technical experience across high-performance silicon solutions. Previously, he was an Intel Senior Fellow and CTO of Intel Capital, overseeing tech evaluations and investments in emerging areas such as AI and computer vision.
  
  As a Senior Fellow, Belli played a lead role in driving Intel corporate level strategy on CPU and AI. He was the Chief Architect for several generations of Intel Atom (now E-core) and Intel Quark CPUs. He was also the Chief SoC architect for Medfield SoC, the first x86 based phone platform, and he contributed to Intel’s Tablet efforts with Clovertrail and Baytrail and Microservers with Avoton. Belli also worked on PowerPC CPUs at Motorola and a SPARC CPU at Sun Microsystems. Belli has 30 patents and an Intel Achievement Award. Belli holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University.

Tse-Yu has earned recognition for his PhD research, including one of his papers on Two-Level Adaptive Branch Predictions which was honored among the most influential papers at the International Symposium on Computer Architecture. Tse-Yu holds a PhD in electrical engineering and computer sciences from the University of Michigan.
